Awesome opening week. I ordered a wild mary garnished with a green bean and okra (very tasty/nice spice balance). The Farmers Market benny was delicious. The squash, zucchini and peppers were a nice combo. My primary critique is with the seasoning. While the food tasted fresh; Seasoning provides opportunity to elevate the food. Salt and pepper can be your friend here. The eggs were poached nicely, but could have done with an additional 15-20seconds to get that sticky yolk bottom sweet spot. My other critique is that the english muffin needs a crust or barrier to deter the muffin from getting soggy. Slap a thin layer of fat and griddle the hell out of that muffin. Mine had light grill marks, but needed an extra 30 seconds. Overall, the staff was friendly and accommodating. My critiques are all minor things to an overall delicious and delightful experience. Best of luck to your business.
